The development of the theme "The Art of Power in the Maya World" brought together in Copán, Honduras, 18 scientists from archaeology, anthropology, history, and other disciplines to share fascinating knowledge and discoveries about the Maya culture. This justifies, beyond economic considerations, the rescue efforts and enhancement of the cultural identity of the Maya World.
